As for every NVC training I have attended – I go home with deepened self-awareness.

Why is that I have asked myself? It is because the NVC trainers – and therefore also the community – manage to facilitate a safe learning environment, which is in alignment with Marshall Rosenberg’s vision and values. This makes me feel connection from the start and makes me open up to change from within.

The above – which describes a learning environment where there is equality and openness. Which allows me to open up, and enter a time pocket from my mechanical and busy everyday life to open up my inner world and dig a bit deeper. Therefore, this course and the authenticity that Sura og Anniken facilitated made me open up new self-perceptions.

Furthermore, I meet old friends and made new friends and we are making a commitment to support each other in the process towards certification.

I will recommend it to my associated learning consultant. The No-Fault Zone Game can facilitate dialogue in a relationship where the power is not equal. Ex. between teacher and student, where the dialogue needs support. I believe that this game can create a common third, which makes it easier to find a solution that gives way to everyone. And where the power over issue is transformed into a relationship more equal – so that in turn the student and therefore also the teachers primary job (facilitating a nurturing learning environment in which the student is enabled to be an active member of the surrounding communities) will be successful.
