AN INTRODUCTION TO NONVIOLENT COMMUNICATION (NVC)

2 DAYS OF NVC INTRODUCTORY TRAINING IN ENGLISH

The aim for this 2 days’ workshop is to introduce the basic concepts of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as an interactive experience where participants are invited to learn through self-reflection, activities in pairs or small groups, and engagement with the whole group.

This program aims to empower participants to cultivate effective communication skills that foster empathy and connection, rather than perpetuating judgment, conflict, and division.

Audience: Beginner

When: August 10-11, 2024, 10:00 AM — 06:00 PM

Where: In Kokkedal, exact location will be communicated upon registration

Cancellation

The retreat will happen with minimum 4 – maximum 8 participants following the restrictions in place during those dates.

Cancellation policy:

• More than 7 days before the workshop: 100% refund
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before the workshop: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before the workshop: no refund unless someone takes your place.

*In case of less than 4 participants in total, the trainer might cancel the training with 100% refund.

About the Trainer – CEYDA HIRSCH

Ceyda Hirsch grew up in Istanbul, Turkey. She holds a degree in Business Administration and has worked for many years in multinational companies. When she encountered the practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2015, her life took a dramatic turn towards self-inquiry and the nature of human connection. Her path led her to breathwork, in which she has been trained by Bernadette Blin at the CesHum in Paris.

Ceyda has been Certified NVC Trainer since 2022, a breathwork and meditation practitioner since 2023. She offers 1-on-1 sessions to support individuals, leads online and in-person retreats in NVC, breathwork, and Human Essence Meditation in Turkey and internationally. She currently lives with her husband, Rob, and cats and dogs in Denmark.
